Hi Melanie! Unser Aufenthalt in eurem Hostel war super. Die Zimmer waren total sauber und das Personal extrem nett. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker! Wir sind dann ja noch 3 Wochen durch Europa gezogen und hatten in keiner Stadt so ein gutes Quartier mit so einem guten Preis–Leistung–Verhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Dear Lea, We really enjoyed our stay in INN–Berlin! Everything was so clean and the staff was great. You took all time for us to explain how everything works and gave personal information about the city! Also it was very nice that the atmosphere was very relaxed. That we could make our own cup of tea in the evening, that we could use the fridge and borrow a hair–dryer, things like that... that felt like home. Hello Ralph! We did have a very good time in berlin thank you! Inn Berlin was a lovely place to stay in. it´s nice to stay in a friendly comfortable place with like minded people. The price was also excellent. I think it is the ideal place for students and young people to stay in when visiting berlin. The beds were comfy and warm the shower was good with nice hot water and the whole place was very clean. It was nice to have breakfast aswell before we went out. I also like how there was someone there to welcome us when we arrived. We had a great stay and i'm sure we will be back to berlin in the future and when we are we will definitely stay in Inn–Berlin. Wir waren erfreut über die kleinen jedoch wichtigen Dinge an welche ihr gedacht habt (Regenschirme, Fahrrad zum ausleihen, Bücher, Gesellschaftsspiele, Kühlschränke pro Zimmer, Aufkleber zur Beschriftung der Lebensmittel,...) und die Zimmer sowie das ganze Hostel war sehr schön eingerichtet. In the past 2 months of traveling this has been the best hostel I've stayed at. When you first get there the staff will sit down with you and talk to you about the city, ask what you want to do and help you find out where it is! You get little snacks when you get there and leave! The staff are friendly! Everything is clean! The breakfast is great! We found that at Inn–Berlin they are very, very helpful and nice, far more than one can normally expect at a hostel. We arrived late at night – they were there for us, we needed a safe place for the car – they helped us out, we needed to make changes to our itinerary and as Inn–Berlin was booked out, they helped us find an alternative accommodation. The list can be made longer. They claim they "treat guests as friends" and we found that to be true. Add to that a central location, internet, nice rooms and affordable prices and you have a perfect place to come back to whenever visting Berlin. We recommend Inn–Berlin! Dear Nino, Thank you for inquiring about our trip home to the US. All went well on our journey, and we encountered no problems. Regarding our opinion and feedback, I would like to thank Ralph and all his employees for making our stay at Inn–Berlin a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, I felt welcomed and, thanks to Ralph's excellent briefing and overview, it didn't take long to become familiar with the neighbourhood, including all the transportation options so close to the hostel. I even went jogging one morning along the nearby canal! The hostel was spotlessly clean and the services you provided were all excellent. I was travelling with my older sister and our 88–year old mother, and we truly made the most of each day; sometimes we were out sightseeing for up to 12 hours. The Welcome Card (recommended by Ralph) proved to be an excellent option. The trip will always be a very treasured memory for the three of us. Thank you again, all the hard work you do is obvious, and I will certainly recommend the Inn–Berlin to anyone who might be travelling to Germany. Dear Lea, I had an awesome stay at INN–BERLIN! The room was extremely spacious, and it was very refreshing to find a large bottle of water ready for our consumption upon entering. The colour–coded towels were very useful, and the stay was simple great. It was really helpful to have someone tell us where to visit and all. The hotel was excellent in every aspect: clean, huge bedroom, friendly staff, nice breakfast, etc. It is not situated exactly in the center of the city but it is well connected by public transport. The Hostel has recently been renovated. It is very clean, and the facilities as good as some hotels that I have stayed in. I had an en–suite bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful, and very easy and good transport links into the city. Berlin is a beautiful city and i had an amazing time. I would recommend the hostel to anyone. 10. Sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Besitzer! Freundliche Atmosphäre schon beim Betreten des hostels. Die Zimmer sind freundlich, sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. überall sind individuell regelbare Heizungen und dichte Verbundfenster. Die Wandmalereien in den Zimmern und Gängen sind sehr faszinierend und machen das Inn–Berlin geradezu zu einem "Art Hostel ". Die Lage ist für Ausflüge gut (S–Bahn in der Nähe, Bus fast vor der Tür) und auch die Preise für Snacks zum Beispiel sind recht günstig. Wir kommen wieder. Dieses Hostel/Hotel ist wirklich empfehlenswert sowohl für jüngere als auch ältere Besucher. ***** Hostel!!!
